Do you have a physical store?

Augi-plants.lv is an online store. We do not have a physical store. We provide order deliveries in the Baltics and Scandinavia by courier or parcel locker.

When will my order be delivered?

All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days.

But if your order includes predatory mites, these orders are shipped twice a month on specific dates, when a fresh delivery of predatory mites arrives. The current shipping date for predatory mites is always indicated on the website next to the predatory mite product.

Why does the order form offer to choose a parcel locker that is far away?

The delivery address is not filled in correctly; you must enter the exact parcel locker address where you want to receive the package. After entering the address, the system will automatically show the five closest parcel lockers to the specified address.

Postal code – LV-4729

Which plants are safe to order in winter?

For several years we have been sending plants to customers all year round and even at –15 °C they safely reach the customers.

During cold weather, we recommend choosing Smartpost parcel lockers because they provide indoor delivery, reducing the impact of low temperatures on the shipment. A heating element (heat pack) must be added to the order to prevent plants and predatory mites from freezing.

When will the specific plant be available?

Our plant selection is variable.

To avoid missing out, we recommend opening the specific plant you are interested in on our website and clicking the red “Notify me when available” button. As soon as the plant is available again, you will receive an automatic notification to your email.
