CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: An exceptionally generous, bright, and sunny environment! This is the main secret behind this plant’s red stripe and coral tones: Aeonium 'Red Stripe' is an absolute sun lover. To preserve its famous contrasting red stripe and vivid coral edges, place it in the brightest spot in the room (it will love and needs direct sunlight). In a spot that is too dark, the rosette will lose its color and become simply green. A south- or west-facing windowsill is the perfect choice!

• 💧 Watering: Moderate, less frequent, and careful. Unlike other desert succulents, aeoniums have a slightly more delicate root system, so they do not tolerate being completely dry for extended periods, but they absolutely cannot tolerate waterlogged roots. Water the plant thoroughly as soon as the top layer of soil (the upper 2 cm of the pot) has completely dried between waterings. Since the plant is in a 10.5 cm pot, it will dry out moderately quickly, so it categorically cannot tolerate its roots or the base of the rosette soaking in standing water in the saucer, which can quickly cause rot. Reduce watering in winter.

• 🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: It feels excellent and comfortable in warm conditions and at room temperature (+18°C to +25°C). This succulent tolerates dry indoor air, the heat of the heating season, completely without problems and does not require any misting or additional humidity (increased humidity can even be harmful!). Important: during the hottest summer months, aeoniums may naturally enter a dormant period. Protect it from temperatures below +10°C and icy drafts in winter.
