CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: Hardy, but loves light! To help 'Peach Pearl' retain its wonderful peach and pink coloring, it will love bright light best, but it MUST have bright, indirect light (an east- or west-facing window). It can survive in lower light, but in the shade, the leaves will lose their warm hue and turn plain green. Be sure to keep it out of direct, scorching midday sunlight, which will quickly bleach and burn the leaves.

• 💧 Watering: Moderate and very cautious – this plant will forgive you for forgetting, but will never forgive overwatering! Water the plant generously, but ONLY when the top half (or even 2/3) of the soil depth in the pot has completely dried out. It absolutely absolutely cannot tolerate its roots soaking in standing water on a saucer. If the colorful leaves start turning yellow and soft en masse, this is a clear sign of overwatering.

• 🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: It does very well in normal room temperatures (+18°C to +24°C). This tropical survivor is exceptionally well adapted to dry indoor air and does not need special misting, but is extremely sensitive to cold! Strictly protect it from icy drafts and never keep it in a room where the air temperature drops below +15°C.

• 🐾 Keep away from pets and children: Aglaonemas contain calcium oxalate crystals in all their parts, which are toxic. Chewing or swallowing them causes a strong burning sensation in the mouth, vomiting and digestive tract problems in dogs and cats.

• Bright office desks, bedroom dressers, windowsills without direct sunlight, and living rooms, where this warm pinkish leafy bush will serve as a bold and cheerful design accent.

⚠️ A note and a reality check about aglaonemas: Plants are living organisms, and aglaonemas are among the few plants that truly lives up to the description "almost indestructible", unless you let its one weak point get the better of you - standing water in the pot. An important botanical fact: As the plant grows larger and gradually develops a thick stem, is absolutely normal and natural, that is the very bottom one, the oldest leaf occasionally turns yellow and dries out. This is not a cause for alarm! Just cut it off. Remember - the more warm, light-colored tones there are in the leaves, the more filtered light the plant will need, to keep this unique color bright. When you repot it in the future, BE SURE to use a light, an airy, well-draining houseplant mix (generously blended with perlite or fine pine bark).
