CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: Bright, abundant, but ABSOLUTELY indirect light. This is the key secret to this plant’s dense carpet and flowering: Begonia schulzei needs pleasant, filtered light to maintain the lush green color of its delicate leaves and grow densely (it will especially appreciate gentle morning sun). In a spot that is too dark, the foliage will become sparser. Strictly protect it from direct, scorching midday sunlight, which can quickly burn its microscopic, fragile leaves. An east- or west-facing windowsill will be the perfect choice!

• 💧 Watering: Regular, moderate, and very careful. This miniature begonia prefers consistently light soil moisture, but it cannot tolerate waterlogged roots or soil turning into a wet swamp. Water the plant moderately as soon as the top layer of soil has dried slightly between waterings. Since the plant is in a 9 cm pot, it will retain moisture moderately, so it absolutely cannot tolerate its roots standing in stagnant water in the saucer, nor water being poured directly onto the delicate foliage rosettes. Reduce watering slightly in winter. It is best to water with lukewarm, soft, or filtered water.
