CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: A true sun lover! This is the main secret behind the plant's rosy edges: for the Crassula to maintain its compact, sturdy "pearl" structure and develop its famous ruby-red "sun tan," it needs plenty of generous light. Place it on the brightest windowsill (south-, west-, or east-facing), directly near a window. It loves and tolerates direct sunlight exceptionally well, which prevents the shoots from becoming long and bare.

• 💧 Watering: Extremely infrequent, minimal, and cautious - this is a plant that thrives when it is occasionally "forgotten." Since its round leaves are notably thick and succulent, the plant stores water reserves in them perfectly for months. Water only when the soil in the pot is completely, 100% dry all the way to the bottom! Since the plant is in a large 12 cm pot, it will retain moisture longer, so it absolutely cannot tolerate its roots soaking in standing water in the saucer, which will quickly cause root rot. If in doubt, always safely wait another week. During the winter months, reduce watering almost completely.

• 🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: Feels wonderfully comfortable in warmth and heat (+20°C to +28°C). Thanks to its structure, this succulent tolerates dry indoor air completely without problems, including the heat of the heating season, and requires no misting or humidification. In winter, it will greatly appreciate a cooler dormant period (ideally +10°C to +14°C), which will stimulate the formation of new flower buds in spring. Protect it from icy drafts!

• 🐾 Pets: Keep away from pets. Like many Crassula varieties, 'Marnieriana' can also be mildly toxic to cats and dogs, causing digestive tract irritation if the leaves are chewed. Crassulas grow slowly and patiently, retaining their perfect geometry for a long time. When you repot it in the future (after a year or two), you MUST use a special, highly porous, mineral-rich, low-nutrient cactus/succulent soil mix (containing plenty of gravel, perlite, sand, and pumice) to ensure that excess water drains through the pot immediately and the roots always remain dry and healthy.
