CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: Moderate to medium bright, but MUST be diffused light. Here lies the main secret of this plant’s lime green edge stripes: the 'Tornado' dracaena needs pleasant, filtered lighting to maintain its famous, bright, and contrasting leaf pattern. However, this plant is famously resilient and will flawlessly and stably adapt even to partial shade or more distant corners of a room, making it an exceptionally versatile interior element. Strictly protect it from direct, scorching midday sun rays, which will instantly burn its magnificent leaves. East or west-facing locations are perfect.

• 💧 Watering: Extremely moderate, infrequent, and very thoughtful – this plant thrives best when occasionally "forgotten." Since its thick leaves and strong trunk store small moisture reserves well, it does not tolerate living in constant swampy conditions. Water the plant moderately only when the soil in the pot is almost completely dry between waterings (at least the top half of the pot)! Since the plant is in a stable 12 cm pot, it will retain moisture a bit longer, so the plant absolutely cannot tolerate root soaking in standing water in the saucer, which can quickly cause root rot and yellowing or browning leaf edges. Reduce watering significantly in winter. When in doubt – never water!
