Royal Rainbow Echeveria 'Rainbow' (Echeveria 'Rainbow')
Get ready to bring into your home, bring pure botanical magic to a sunny windowsill or desk, a pastel-colored painting and one of the most spectacular succulents in the world of houseplants - the stunning Echeveria 'Rainbow'! This exclusive masterpiece of nature is a special variegated version of the legendary echeveria 'Perle von Nurnberg', variegated version and a true find for lovers of rare colors and symmetry. The plant's greatest asset, magnet and distinctive hallmark is its breathtaking silhouette: perfectly symmetrical, fleshy leaves arranged in a dense, flower-like rosette, which shimmer in an incredible color transition - from soft pink and lilac to creamy yellow and warm rose. This "rainbow" effect and the natural matte powder on the leaves make it a true gem. It has now grown to a lovely size, robust, distinctly dense and full of promise 10 cm large plant in a compact 10.5 cm in a pot. It is the most prestigious, the most tasteful and photogenic a gift a blessing for the home, romantics, design enthusiasts and anyone who is looking for something visually luxurious, but an exceptionally patient miracle of nature!
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
-
☀️ Light: Bright, a generous amount of maximum sunshine! This is the main secret behind this plant's vivid rainbow colors and compact shape: the echeveria needs an exceptionally large amount of direct sunlight (a south- or west-facing windowsill). In insufficient light, it will quickly lose its pink/yellow coloring (and turn ordinary green), it will grow tall and leggy and lose its perfect rosette shape.
-
💧 Watering: Extremely rare, minimal and very cautious! This plant is a classic succulent, whose thick leaves are full of water reserves. Water the plant thoroughly, but ONLY when the soil in the pot is completely, 100% dry all the way to the very bottom of the pot! Most important: NEVER pour water directly into the center of the rosette (onto the leaves), because standing water in the leaf axils will quickly cause the plant to rot. It's best to water it from the bottom (pour water into the saucer, leave it for an hour, then pour off the excess).
-
🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: It thrives comfortably at normal room temperatures (+18°C to +25°C). This plant tolerates dry indoor air completely without any problems, the heat of the heating season and require absolutely no misting.
-
🐾 Pets: Pet-friendly / Non-toxic. Unlike many other houseplants, echeverias are completely non-toxic and absolutely safe to keep at home with curious cats and dogs.

⚠️ A note and reality check about echeverias: Plants are living organisms, and, when growing echeverias, you need to understand one important aesthetic and botanical rule: never touch the plant's leaves with your fingers! Echeveria leaves are covered with a natural, a white protective wax powder (farina), which protects them from sunburn. If you wipe it off or leave fingerprints, this powder will not grow back, and the leaves will remain spotted. It is also perfectly natural that the very bottom leaves dry up and fall off over time - this is part of the process, how the plant forms its trunk. When you repot it in the future, MUST use a special, mineralized, sandy, highly porous soil mix for cacti/succulents (rich in gravel and perlite), to ensure fast drainage. Standard indoor potting soil will quickly kill this plant!
