• 💧 Watering: Extremely rare, minimal, and cautious. As a desert and mountain dweller, this cactus stores water reserves in its massive body for months and does not tolerate overwatering. Water only when the soil in the pot is completely, 100% dry down to the bottom! In summer months, water moderately (about once every 2-3 weeks), while in winter, during the cactus’s dormant period, almost completely stop watering. Never allow water to remain in the saucer or accumulate on the plant’s top.
