CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: Bright, abundant, but MANDATORILY indirect light. This is the main secret behind this plant’s silvery tone and bushiness: Murdannia needs plenty of filtered light so that its stems remain dense and bushy and its leaves retain their shimmering texture (it will especially enjoy gentle morning or late-evening sun). However, strictly protect it from direct, scorching midday sunlight, which can burn its delicate leaves. An east- or west-facing windowsill will suit it best.

• 💧 Watering: Regular, moderate, and very mindful. Murdannia likes consistent, light moisture, but it does not tolerate living in a swamp. Water the plant thoroughly, but only when the top layer of soil (the upper 1-2 cm of the pot) has dried slightly between waterings. The soil in the pot should be pleasantly moist, like a wrung-out sponge. Since the specimen is in a stable 12 cm pot, it will retain moisture well, but the plant strictly cannot tolerate its roots soaking in stagnant water in the saucer, which can quickly cause its sensitive root system to rot. Reduce watering slightly in winter.

• 🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: A heat-loving tropical inhabitant (ideally +18°C to +25°C).
