CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: Moderate to medium bright, but MANDATORILY diffused light. Here lies the main secret of this plant’s pastel pattern: to maintain its splendid cream-white and pink variegation, Pellionia needs pleasant, filtered lighting (it will especially enjoy gentle morning or late evening sun rays). However, since it naturally grows in the forest understory, it strictly and firmly cannot tolerate direct midday sun, which will instantly scorch and bleach its delicate leaves. It also adapts excellently and confidently to partial shade indoors. East or west-facing locations are ideal.

• 💧 Watering: Regular, moderate, and thoughtful. Pellionia likes consistent, light moisture and does not tolerate prolonged complete drying out. Water the plant moderately as soon as the top layer of soil (the upper 1 cm of the pot) just begins to dry between waterings! The soil in the pot should feel pleasantly moist like a squeezed sponge. Since the plant is in a stable 12 cm pot, it will retain moisture longer, so the plant strictly cannot tolerate root soaking in standing water in the saucer, which will cause root and juicy pink stem rot. Water only with lukewarm, soft water.

• 🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: A tropical princess that loves warmth and high humidity (ideally +18°C to +24°C). This plant naturally thrives in elevated air humidity (above 50%).
