CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: Bright but MANDATORILY diffused light. Here lies the main secret of this plant’s silvery sheen: for the philodendron to maintain such an intense, contrasting silver tone and expressive venation, it requires a large amount of light (it will especially enjoy the gentle morning or late evening sun rays). However, strictly protect it from direct, scorching midday sun rays, which will instantly burn its beautiful mosaic-like leaves. An east or west-facing windowsill is a perfect choice.

• 💧 Watering: Moderate and thoughtful. Since its leaves are thicker and firmer than those of common philodendrons, they retain moisture relatively well. Allow the top layer and the middle layer of the soil to dry out thoroughly between waterings! As a tropical resident, it absolutely cannot tolerate root soaking in standing water in the saucer, which quickly causes sensitive root rot. It is best to water when the top third of the pot feels completely dry.

• 🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: A warmth-loving plant (ideally +18°C to +25°C), which will be extremely happy with increased air humidity (above 55-60%). High humidity will help new leaves grow larger and prevent their tips from browning. It will be absolutely delighted to live near a humidifier or inside a plant terrarium/cabinet. In winter, strictly protect it from cold drafts!

• 🐾 Pets: Keep away from pets. Like all philodendrons, 'Burle-Marxii Fantasy' contains calcium oxalate crystals, which are toxic to cats and dogs if chewed. Place the plant out of their reach.

⚠️ Note and reality check: Plants are living organisms, so each specimen and the intensity of its silvery pattern or depth of venation may vary slightly. It is extremely important to keep in mind that you are receiving a young plant (in an 8 cm pot)! Small seedlings require gentler and more patient care than mature plants. Compared to the common Burle-Marx, this 'Fantasy' version grows relatively slowly and leisurely, so it will maintain its neat, compact form for a very long time and will not outgrow its designated space. Do not repot this small seedling immediately into a large pot. When you do repot it in the future, be sure to use an extremely airy, loose, and porous aroid soil mix (generously mixed with orchid bark, coconut chips, and perlite) so its roots can breathe freely and excess moisture drains instantly through the pot.
