CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: Versatile and exceptionally undemanding! This is where the secret of this plant's phenomenal strength and thick structure lies: 'Samurai' thrives best in bright, indirect light (which makes the leaf colors and reddish edges especially striking), but it also adapts excellently and flawlessly to deep partial shade and artificial lighting. It is an ideal choice for spaces with limited sunlight. Protect it from direct, scorching midday sun.

• 💧 Watering: Extremely infrequent, minimal, and very cautious—this plant thrives best when you "forget" to water it. Since its massive, fleshy leaves function as powerful water reservoirs, the plant does not tolerate constantly wet conditions. Water the plant only when the soil in the pot has dried out completely, 100%, all the way to the bottom of the pot between waterings! Since this young plant is in a 6 cm pot, it will dry out relatively quickly, but it categorically cannot tolerate its roots or the center of the rosette soaking in standing water in the saucer, which can rapidly cause rot. Water very sparingly in winter (once every 3–4 weeks). If in doubt, do not water!

• 🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: Feels excellent and comfortable in warmth and heat (+18°C to +26°C). This plant tolerates dry indoor air, the heat of the heating season, and requires no misting or additional humidity whatsoever without any problems. Protect it from temperatures below +10°C and icy drafts in winter.
