CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: Bright, generous, but MUST be diffused light. Here lies the main secret of this plant’s snow-white stripes: Tradescantia requires a large amount of filtered light to maintain the bright white variegation on its leaves and to keep the stems from becoming thin and stretched. However, strictly protect it from direct, scorching midday sun rays, which can burn its delicate leaves. An east or west-facing windowsill is the perfect choice!

• 💧 Watering: Moderate, regular, and thoughtful. Tradescantia likes consistent, light moisture but does not tolerate soggy soil. Water the plant moderately as soon as the top layer of soil between waterings has slightly dried out. Since this little seedling is in a 6 cm pot, it dries out relatively quickly, so monitor moisture regularly, but strictly avoid letting the roots sit in standing water in the saucer. Reduce watering slightly in winter.

• 🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: A warmth-loving tropical resident (ideally +18°C to +24°C). This plant adapts excellently and without any problems to normal indoor light and does not require any complicated humidifying. The only rule: protect it from icy drafts in winter!
