CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: Highly adaptable, but this is where the main secret of this plant’s bright colors lies: for the zamioculcas to produce intense, bright yellow shoots and maintain the color contrast, it needs bright but diffused light (it will especially enjoy morning or late evening sun). It can survive for a long time in partial shade and in the deeper corners of rooms, but there the new shoots will grow much greener and lose their unique "chameleon" effect. Strictly protect from direct, scorching midday sun rays!

• 💧 Watering: Extremely rare and minimal! This plant is a true succulent – it has large, potato-like tubers underground, and its thick, glossy leaves and stems store huge water reserves. Water only when the soil in the pot is COMPLETELY dry all the way to the bottom. In winter, watering once a month is sufficient. The plant will categorically and instantly die from overwatering, which causes tuber and root rot. If in doubt – better not water at all!

• 🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: Thrives perfectly at standard room temperatures (+18°C to +26°C) and is completely happy with the dry indoor air caused by winter heating. It does not require any leaf misting or air humidification. The only rule: protect it from frost, cold drafts, and temperatures below +12°C.

• 🐾 Pets: Keep away from pets. Zamioculcas tissues contain calcium oxalate crystals, which are toxic to cats and dogs if chewed. Thanks to the plant’s firm and thick texture, animals rarely show interest, but for safety, place it out of their reach.

Zamioculcas grow relatively slowly and unhurriedly, so this plant will keep its perfect shape for a very long time without frequent repotting. Do not repot it immediately into a large pot – zamioculcas prefer their tubers to be snug and tight in the pot. When repotting in the future, ALWAYS use an excellently draining succulent/cactus soil mix generously mixed with perlite and coarse sand so that water drains instantly through the pot and roots can breathe freely.
